assistant coach

Part-time position

We are currently seeking coaches to assist in all aspects of ninja training. Coaches will be trained on how to teach our program and must follow a pre-set curriculum for classes. Opportunity for growth and additional responsibility and hours for the right coach who wants to permanently join our team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experienced coach (background in ninja warrior, obstacle, rock climbing, gymnastics, and/or parkour background a plus) or trainer/athlete looking to transition into coaching

  • Energetic personality and ability to create a fun environment for kids to learn the sport

  • Ability to multitask and enjoys working with people of all ages

  • Comfort with heights and with the ability to lift 40 pounds

  • Punctuality and reliability are a must; zero tolerance for lateness

Assistant Coach Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and breaking down facility for different programming needs

  • Assist in course design and gym layout for competitions and practices

  • Learn basics of POS system to assist with check-in for classes and Open Gym

  • Assist guests during Open Gym sessions 

Floor staff

Part-time position with availability on weekends

We are currently looking to add members to our floor staff. You must be comfortable interacting with all guests and be able to learn how to properly tackle the obstacles so you can pass that knowledge onto guests. Requires hands-on spotting and basic instruction.

Required Qualifications

  • Weekend availability

  • High-energy personality that loves people and kids

  • Ability to engage customers with enthusiasm

  • Reliable transportation 

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
