Our training classes are designed to keep you challenged and motivated over the course of 12 action-packed weeks! Sessions are offered four times a year: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.
And because we’re all about family, we offer a special rate for immediate family members who want to train together!
Spring session begins April 6
mini ninja$275 per session
This pricing covers one 45-minute class per week for our Mini Ninja class. Each session is 12 weeks in length.
training classes$330 per session
This pricing covers one 60-minute class per week for any of our youth, teen, and adult Ninja Warrior training classes. Each session is 12 weeks in length.
Recreational JV team$495 per session
This pricing covers two 60-minute training classes per week and is a great way for our competitive athletes to train and maintain their skills in the off-season. Each session is 12 weeks in length.
homeschool program$330 per session
This pricing covers one 60-minute class per week. Ideal for homeschool physical education, these classes keep kids active while having a great time! Each session is 12 weeks in length.

At ROC City Ninja, we pride ourselves on offering flexible membership options that cater to your needs, with no long-term contracts required. You can stop your membership at any time, with no penalties!
all-access membership $99 per month
Train whenever you want and as often as you like with our All-Access Membership. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this membership gives you the freedom to train whenever you want, on your schedule.

50% discount on all training classes (excluding ROC City Varsity Team)
competitive varsity team membership$300 per month
All members of ROC City Ninja’s competitive team will be enrolled in this membership package. Enrollment is by invitation only.

birthday parties
Birthday parties are booked in two hours time slots that include one hour of open play on the gym floor and one hour for festivities in one of our private party rooms.

Our base birthday party package includes up to 10 guests. More guests can be added for an additional charge. See our Parties & Events page for more information.
