Mini Ninja

Ages 3-5

Our mini ninjas will climb, crawl, jump, and balance their way through age-appropriate obstacles designed to build strength and confidence. This class focuses on developing foundational motor skills in a safe, supportive environment with the help of trained coaches and encouraging parents.

Each 45-minute class is designed to keep them engaged and excited while they improve their agility and coordination. One parent is welcome to join their child on the gym floor, making it a fun, interactive experience for both kids and parents!

rookie Ninja

Ages 6+

This 60-minute introductory class focuses on developing strength, balance, and coordination through fun, age-appropriate obstacles. Trained instructors will demonstrate techniques, provide personalized tips, and guide participants through each challenge, ensuring they develop proper form and skills at their own pace. The class is designed to help kids build strength, boost endurance, and foster teamwork in a supportive, engaging environment.

semi-pro Ninja

Ages 8+

This 60-minute class is designed for kids who are ready to take their Ninja Warrior skills to the next level. Participants will work through more challenging obstacles and courses, building on their strength, agility, and balance while improving their overall performance.

This 90-minute class is designed for select athletes who are ready to take their skills to legendary status. Push your limits as you tackle our most challenging obstacles, master advanced techniques, and build strength, agility, and endurance to become a true Ninja Warrior. In each session, you’ll train alongside experienced instructors through high-intensity obstacle courses that demand focus, precision, and mental toughness.

Ages 18+

This 60-minute class is perfect for adult women looking to kickstart their Ninja Warrior journey. Through obstacle challenges and ninja-style training, you'll build strength, agility, and confidence, all while connecting with fellow ninja moms. It's the ideal class for beginners ready to have fun and get fit!

Our homeschool program is designed to provide a fun and active learning experience for homeschool students. Classes meet weekly over the course of 12 weeks.
